After spending days with this product(at least the one I have, can't speak for others) and testing it out in different situations and areas in my city at least. I am finally confident enough to know that the Blackberry Storm, even if there is no firmware update to be given(even though there will be several), is at this point for me deserving of the Tech AWard. So Congrads RIM! Thanks for being different and willing to be the first of you type.
