Check, then Check Mate in 3 moves(months)

The battle looked to be on the horizon but something happened on the way to the battle field. One side was ambushed on the way to the field and never made it to the location in tact. This is what I see in the future for Palm. Palm Pre seemed to have done the exact thing the Instinct did on it's way to a battle date with the Iphone, they forgot that their enemy had a stronger attack that was hidden from them and the others watching. And because of this they showed their hand or plans of attack just to have apple counter them and leave them for dead. Here's what I mean. The instinct came out bragging about their internet speed and what happen? Apple came with the 3g iphone and wiped the floor with them. Palm didn't learn from this and now claims that their os system will do all these multitasking stuff (and don't get me started on the copycat pinch stuff that they will be sued over) and what has apple done? Come out with os 3.0 and crushes all standing opponents( as if 25k apps weren't enough to find a way back from)and then choked the hype away from at least 70% of what the palm is going to have or was going to have over the iphone. And now we have confirmed information about yet another Iphone in the works to be release this summer and is promised by many to be as big of a game changer as the original iphone was. Some of the features include the fastest most advance processor ever in a mobile phone, increased 3g speed, possible better layout, video cam, advanced high tech OLED screen, seamless experience unmatched by anything the world has seen to date, U-verse, and some believe video conference capability. I don't even know if I'm ready for this, I mean I'm still trying to get a grip on the whole 3.0 thing. But I will say that I really feel sorry for Palm especially because this palm pre will be blow away before it even gets off the ground good. And with as much money as they spent into the phone don't be surprised if someone buys them out or they go under after the smoke is cleared. And this yet again will lead to more sprint customers leaving which will in turn possibly put them in the same place as Palm. Good luck palm and sprint surviving this domination by apple as it will only get worse.
