NOT JUST APPLE!

Ok I would like to be the first to clear up some things about the site. We are a gadget site. We talk about a lot of different things not just about the iphone. And even though the apple iphone has been the most talked about phone in history and really is the best phone(in itself as a stand alone phone, not referring to phone makers that have mulitple different types of phones, like htc, blackberry and windows)out right now base on sure numbers and backing I feel it's our job to also turn to other phones out there to focus on them a bit because I'm sure we have not only fans of the Iphone out there but other fans of other phones and even other gadgets as well. We have google phone heads out there and palm pre heads out there and not to forget about the #1 phone(in terms of amount of different phones it sales)the blackberry. And what the many different types of gadgets out there that continue to make people turn their heads. So the next few months will be a focused efford to expose more the other deserving phones and or whatever is tech.

So to kick this off I would like to start off by focusing our attention to the palm pre and everything that this phone has bought to the table in the few months that it has been out. So the next couple of entrys will be about the great Palm pre. We have chosen the pre to speak about for also another reason that is without fault of ours but still doesn't need to go by the waste side. To make amends! Yes I said it. We here at Digital Crack recently did a video speed test with the pre of a friend of ours who really didn't know to much about it and never updated the thing to the current firmware nor really knew anything about restarting the phone for any reason. So the video we have was a pre that was a pregnant woman 8 months in(full and needed to deliver and reboot). The phone needed the update and needed a restart. But how were we to know this about someone else's phone. So yes as a result the test were done again and even though the video test came back the same way the internet loading didn't. We found the pre to be faster than the regular iphone 3g in most cases and in others the iphone would tie it at best. So Palm Pre we say we are sorry and will be making this up in the coming weeks or so by bringing out the Pre magic to our visitors. So to everyone reading, we hope you like the pre because you are going to be getting a lot of it. But just like the iphone thing we will then move to another item and keep the focus scene fresh.
