Well the news has hit to comfirm what we already knew. That the pre didn't really hold up on its hype nor stand up as a iphone killer. This is bad for palm who numbers were released this week show only a grand total of 800 thousand units total sold for this pass quarter. Now keep in mind this is total sales of all their phones, not just the pre, which again they didn't list their true numbers. And this tells me that the numbers weren't anywhere near what they predicted much less the crazy numbers the apple haters reporters and analyst out there were posting. I feel sorry for all those who were let down by this but look on the bright side, the phone is still a really good phone. And when the updates do hit the phone will be even better. But take my word for it, I say again as I have always said, there is no iphone killer!! You can not and will not take down this gaint. Only apple themselves can stop that train. So please stop listing down that the next big phone out there is a iphone killer because all of them fall short. But this shouldn't stop one from liking their chosen phone. The best for one isn't the best for another. This is why we have so many people that like different phones. So stand proud pre owners for the phone itself not for the lack of numbers and certainly not because we all are looking for the iphone killer it the pre. Just be happy with what we have and move forward.
