It has been said that in 7 months time, somewhere around macworld announcements, that the exclusive rights to the iPhone is said to be over and done between at&t and apple. If this is true then in my opinion this would also mark the death of at&t also. For the completion of one covenant marks the death of something also. And just as at&t set records for signing a unheard amount of people from other carriers, so will the same amount if not more will leave at&t for another carrier come in 7 months. This will be the death of at&t and will very quickly put them in danger if falling off the map very fast. Possibly even a take over. The problems of at&t were only dealt with because they had the iPhone. The overpriced monthly plans, the drop calls, lack of proper support for mms and other options that hurt the iPhone and the lack of android phones will add up against them. Only this time the iPhone will be gone from exclusive rights. I really don't see this being good for at&t but do believe it will further apple's hold on the smartphone market. If nothing more than putting them on more even ground against android by given them another carrier, if not more( if rumors of a world phone are true).

well lolol lets see, the iphone is going no where, even if V got the iphone V's cell sevice will not let them do two items at once like at&t can(walk, talk, chew gum at the same time) Dload speed well take a look at PC mag test AT&T more then 2x as fast in most and even 3x faster in some markets. Why is apple Iphone, Ipad, all the e-readers on AT&T S P E E D and MULTI-TASK that can not be done on V and others. Price has changed on plans for everyone.
