Updates and concessions

I know a lot has been going on since the launch of the incredible. I for one have been through it all. From the not understanding, lack of fire for it, to misinformation about the product. Well when you find out things are wrong or you yourself are wrong you have to correct it right.  Well with more time into the droid I found out that it does have accessories, landscape for navigation( just not in the interface app for the navigation), and a better battery life than expected, at least for my use. But along with that came glitches found in the signal bar or strength. Now I read that the problem might be with the graphics on the signal strength indicator. Some say that because it says 2bars or none doesn't mean that its really that. They say the synchronized graphics vs real strength is off. So in a nut shell you have 4 bars even when its shows 2-3. I don't know how true this is but that's what is going around the net. I will say that I was able to still make calls and surf as fast as I would at 4 bars on the moto droid. So maybe that is true. But even if it is, it needs to be corrected. I have gotten a little better typing on it but still not where I was with the moto droid. Is it something I can live with or get better at, sure. Another positive thing that I didn't know about was the sound of the music player.  I was very pleased with the sound quality. The graphics for the screen is truly good looking even if some of the reds are overblown.  The lightness of the phone really doesn't bother me like I have read with some people. And I am very pleased with having a plastic backing with the red raise of the lens. I also hope that very soon I can start to like the track sense and find some use for it. I personally like the trackballs better, thus far anyway. Camera speed is a amazing treat. Its blows away any phone I have used besides the pre. And with the added quality I would give that edge to the incredible easily. I also picked up a screen protector because I'm not sure if the screen is like the resistant nature of the moto droid for scratches. And Verizon sales a pretty good one if you don't need anti-glare.  Their screen protector fits on the unit very well because the phone has such a flat surface with no crazy curves or form to it. It just goes on perfectly without bubbles. I'm very well pleased with its look. As of today I would agree that the incredible truly is the best phone out all around.  And can finally give my blessing on it :)
